FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is the organization that OCCS uses to process financial aid applications and make recommendations.  FACTS works with over 3,500 schools with tuition management and aid assessment.  Using an outside agency enhances confidentiality and objectivity in the assessment process.                    

The financial aid application must be completed online at https://www.factstuitionaid.com/facts/gaapp.  First time users need only to click the link to the right that reads "Click here to begin" and then click the button that reads "Create an Account".

There is no fee for the application

If you do not have access to a computer to complete the application process online, please stop by the school office and we will provide you with access to the online application.

Once your application is complete, FACTS will notify OCCS of their recommendation.  OCCS will then notify each parent as soon as we receive a FACTS recommendation.
